Dice Rolls

When you are involved in a scene and need to roll a dice pool (typically a combination of an Attribute + an Ability), there is a dice generator available to roll. In order to successfully roll your dice for an action, you can do so by taking the following steps:

Step 1:
Rather than typing your post in the quicktext box at the bottom of an active topic, click the 'Add Reply' button.



Step 2:
Type out your action (i.e. Dmitri swings his sword at the offending neonate.) and your dice pool (i.e. Dexterity + Melee) so that the Storytellers and Narrators know what action you are taking. Once this is typed, take your cursor to a new line and click on the button across the top that shows the image of a d6.



Step 3:
Once you click on this button, It will bring up a listing for 'd10' (the only dice we have available for this game); click on it to place the code for the dice generator into your text box.



Step 4:
Once the code is in your text box, put the total number of dice in your dice pool between the brackets: ] [
Once you have the correct number entered in, you can click on the 'Send' button to make your post and the dice generator will include your roll inside your post.
